Rygene power station is a hydroelectric facility on the River Nidelva in Grimstad Municipality, Aust-Agder.

The River Nidelva is dammed at the power station’s intake, and this section of the river is the boundary between the municipalities of Grimstad and Arendal.
The power station makes use of the Rygenefossen waterfall’s 38-metre drop.
