Kvinen power station is a hydroelectric facility at Hegrefosslega in Sirdal Municipality.
Kvinen power station lies in Sirdal Municipality in Vest-Agder. The municipality has a population of 1,831, and covers an area of 1,554 km², approximately 11% of which is water. Kvinen is one of seven power stations in the municipality.
The power station makes use of the drop from Øyarvatn to Kvilfjorden. Øyarvatn is dammed to an elevation of between 820 and 837 m a.s.l.
Part of its drainage basin is in Valle Municipality.
